We do not have a policy for returning or exchanging shipment / items after the order confirmation is completed (i.e. your order is confirmed after payment has been successfully made), except if we have made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size from what you actually ordered) or if the items have a manufacturing defect from factory. In that case, you may seek advice from our personnel through WhatsApp and items must be returned within 7 days after the date of shipment delivery, only if the return is approved and acknowledged by our personnel.
Our warranty policy is only in effect for products that are received as defective. All products being returned must be returned in original packaging, remain unused and unwashed, within 7 days after shipment delivery.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for us to proceed with warranty claim from Fairtex and will also be responsible for shipping costs associated with any product return.
