International Shipping

  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight and destination of your order.
  • Our international shipping policy is exclusive of taxes, customs duties and any fees levied by the destination country for your order. Recipient of the shipment in the destination country is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
  • Customer are as well fully responsible for providing us the accurate and complete delivery address, contact number, recipient name and other neccessary informations needed for the shipment / delivery, as we are not responsible for any wrong delivery that is led by errors and omissions of the above mandatory informations.
  • Orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping is processed only on business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00a.m.-04:00p.m.; Saturday 09:00a.m.-12:00p.m.; excluding Public Holidays).


Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight / parcel of your order.
  • Customer are fully responsible for providing us the accurate and complete delivery address, contact number and recepient name as we are not responsible for any wrong delivery that is led by errors and omissions of the above informations.
  • Orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days (usually on the same day if orders come in before 02:00p.m. or else will be shipped out by the following business day)
  • Shipping is processed only on business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00a.m.-04:00p.m.; Saturday 09:00a.m.-12:00p.m.; excluding Public Holidays).


***Orders that are placed directly through our website will be shipped out to courier services regardless whether the shipping / delivery address is a local Kota Kinabalu address. Shipping charges of the courier service will be calculated and applied accordingly.
