By accessing this website operated by FM Sports, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site.

FM Sports only sell Fairtex branded Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing and Martial Arts Equipments & Apparels that are produced by the Fairtex factory in Thailand; We do not sell equipments, shop settings or hardwares that are not manufactured by Fairtex.
We assure you that all items being sent out to you are 100% genuine products of Fairtex, imported from the original Fairtex factory that is located in Bangkok, Thailand; We have been in business since 2020 and we are fully commited against selling imitation or counterfeit items.
All items being sent to our customers from FM Sports are 100% authentic Fairtex products and totally new from manufacturer.
We do not sell any display / testing item / product / set, nor any returned or defective items to our customers, and hence, we shall guarantee all items received at your end are fully functional and unused.

Purchases / Orders / Payments

We shall not entertain whatsoever form of request for item exchange or order cancellation after your purchase / order has been confirmed by making any payment to our bank accounts or merchants service, or through the available payment gateways or links provided in our websites.
Regardless whether it is a full payment or partial payment, we shall not refund any payments that have been made to us, and shall not cancel the order due to sudden change of mind once payments are made.
Items that are in your order / purchase are considered sold to you only once we have received the full payment from you, in the size, color, quantity and pattern that you have chosen, and we shall not entertain any request for item exchange or modification of order thereafter, regardless whether the shipment has been processed, customers shall be fully responsible with their orders as we adhere strictly to the rule of items sold are not returnable, please check the quantity, size, color or pattern before placing any order and making payment.
We will only process the orders / shipments after receipt of full payment for your order / purchase.
Your pending order will be cancelled after 1 day if we receive no payment or only partial payment for the order. And as stated above, we shall not refund any of your partial payments made (if applicable) even though the orders have been cancelled; We will in return sending you some Fairtex branded items/products (value including shipping charges) which is equivalent to the value of partial payments that you have made (if applicable), in which the items, quantity, size, color or pattern are at our absolute discretion. If we could not find a possible replacement, i.e. when we do not have any item available which is within / equivalent to the value of your partial payments (if applicable), or your shipping information is incomplete during checkout, we shall at the end donate the money to the charity.
Our warranty policy is only in effect for products that are received as defective, where they should be returned in original packaging, remain unused and unwashed, within 7 days after shipment delivery, only after approval and acknowledgement by our personnel.
All returned items should be sent to our registered office address: FM Sports, The Office, Unit 13-2, Lot 13, 2nd Floor, Block B, Lintas Square, Jalan Lintas, 88300 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
We do not provide physical shopping experience nor testing service as our main form of business operation concept remains online shop or online warehouse.
We only accept payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for both domestic and international customers / delivery.
All payments will be processed via secured servers. As we do not store any credit card information so no one can ever access your payment details.

Privacy / Shipping / Delivery

By filling up any forms on the websites, you acknowledge that we are collecting your informations in the system for our accounting record and tax reporting purpose.
All your informations shall be kept private by us, unless necessary in completing a shipment or requested in formal letter by the enforcement entities, including but not limited to police department, customs department, income revenue board and etc.
Please ensure all the mandatory informations are filled accurately and correct, especially for international delivery, informations including but not limited to Buyer's Name / Recipient's Name, Delivery Address, Contact number and etc. are mandatory, as we are not responsible for any wrong / faulty delivery that is led by errors and omissions of the above mandatory informations.
Our international shipping policy is exclusive of taxes, customs duties and any fees levied by the destination country for your order. Recipient of the shipment in the destination country is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
In most cases, we will proceed to ship out your orders / items within 1-2 business day. If your orders came in before 02:00p.m., they would most probably be shipped out on the same business day or else latest in the following business day together with the orders that came in after 02:00p.m. Our shipping is only processed on business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00a.m.-04:00p.m.; Saturday 09:00a.m.-12:00p.m.; excluding Public Holidays).

***Orders that are placed directly through our website will be shipped out to courier services regardless whether the shipping / delivery address is a local Kota Kinabalu address. Shipping charges of the courier service will be calculated and applied accordingly. For local customer that is staying in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, we do offer local delivery / pick up / meet up option. You may talk to us through FB Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp.

FM Sports reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including but not limited to add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the services offered on this website, at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
